Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic

At Complete Site Solutions, we’re a locally owned, fast-growing company providing top-tier site services across New England. Headquartered in Woonsocket, RI, we take pride in doing things right — from how we treat our customers to how we support our team.

We’re currently looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic who can keep our fleet and equipment running strong. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with experience in both diesel engine repair and metal fabrication, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, heavy machinery, and landscaping equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using tools and gauges
  • Complete metal fabrication and welding tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors and follow repair protocols accurately

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of mechanical repair experience
  • 3+ years working specifically with diesel engines
  • Proficient in metal fabrication and basic welding techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to take direction and work independently when needed
