As the founder and owner of CSS, Stephen began this business with one truck and a vision for customer service. He has grown his team and his inventory over the past decade bringing on the talent of people who are willing to work hard, treat customers well and to complete each task in a professional and timely manner. He prides himself on these qualities while overseeing day to day operations from both offices and the field locations.  Stephen lives in Cumberland and enjoys spending time riding dirt bikes in races around the country, enjoying his travels along the way.

Derek is a CSP Professional Executive, experienced and practical certified snow professional (one of only 200 in the United States). He serves as the Chief Operation Officer of CSS and joined when it was formerly Greatscapes LLC. He brings 30+ years of experience in the Property Management, Construction, Civil Construction, Aggregate Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment and Snow Removal Industries. Derek is a business oriented executive whose strong, direct and straight forward inter-personal skills interact with practical world experience. 

As Head of Internal Operations at Complete Site Solutions, Tracy plays a vital role in keeping every part of the business running smoothly. She oversees compliance and coordination across all departments—from office administration and HR to operations and accounting—ensuring everything stays on track and aligned with company standards.

A proud sister to the founder of CSS, Tracy brings a unique blend of family-driven dedication and professional precision to her role. Outside the office, she’s just as hands-on—married to her high school sweetheart since 2007 and mom to Stone, who keeps her on her toes with karate training and her leadership role as Co-President of his school’s PTO.

Matt brings 20 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Management, and IT Services with him. He is a self-declared ‘Jack-of-all-trades’; the depth of his professional skills range from balancing the books to fixing computer problems (financial to technical.) Specializing in accounting and business process improvements, Matt is here to advance the CSS systems for the future and help bring the company to the next level. Matt is an avid Gamer, loves playing golf and softball, along with being the father of 5!

Norman brings over 20 years of hands-on expertise and industry insight to Complete Site Solutions. As Director of Business Development, he leads with precision, vision, and a deep understanding of what it takes to drive growth in construction and landscape enhancements. From high-level estimating to complex project proposals, Norm is the go-to expert for translating big ideas into winning solutions—and profitable outcomes.

He oversees our sales team, develops standout proposals, and ensures every installation reflects the highest standards in design and execution. When it comes to growing accounts and delivering results, Norm doesn’t just talk the talk—he closes the deal.

Inaê brings a rare blend of creativity and operational savvy to Complete Site Solutions. With over seven years of experience in the landscape and construction industry—and a career that began in the fast-paced marketing world of Brazil—she leads both our marketing strategy and internal project management efforts. From building brand identity and running digital campaigns to standardizing internal systems and improving cross-department workflows, Inaê helps shape how we show up externally and how we operate internally.

Whether she’s designing a website, developing a process map, or aligning teams on a new initiative, Inaê is all about connecting people, strategy, and execution. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler, hiker, and dog mom who’s always planning her next adventure—or her next trip back to Brazil.

Elaine brings over a decade of experience in the landscape industry to her role as Senior Business Developer at Complete Site Solutions. With a proven track record of success at top landscaping firms across the U.S., she has built her reputation on high-energy sales, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of what makes commercial landscapes thrive.

Elaine is a dynamic force—known for her sharp negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. Her background spans budgeting, advertising, and customer service, all backed by a degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Outside the business world, Elaine finds inspiration in creativity and adventure. She’s an avid painter, a skilled skier, and loves spending time on Cape Cod—where the ocean, art, and energy fuel her both personally and professionally.

With over 20 years of industry experience—both in the U.S. and his native Canada—he leads all aspects of our landscape and snow management services with sharp insight and steady hands. From field operations to team coordination, Chris ensures everything runs with precision, efficiency, and accountability.
